Viola Louise Henrietta Hilgenkamp, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Hilgenkamp, was born November 10, 1910. When about three months old a severe illness checked her physical and mental development. In November, 1922 she was taken to the Lutheran Institute for feeble minded, visiting her relatives here nearly every year during the summer months. After a short illness of pneumonia and heart trouble, Viola died last Sunday evening. The body arrived here Tuesday evening. Her age was 21 year and 12 days. She leaves her parents, an aged grandmother, five sisters and four brothers-in-law. The funeral services were held Friday afternoon at 1:30 at the home and 2:00 o’clock at the St. Paul’s Lutheran church.
