Mrs. Anna Krambeck passed away at the home of her son, Arthur, Dec. 2, at the age of seventy eight years. Anna Schlappkuhl, born Jan. 31, 1853 inSchoenberg-Probster-Holstein, Germany. She came to Davenport, Ia. in 1871 and moved to Omaha in 1873. In 1884 she was married to Mr. Krambeck, and they resided on a dairy farm near Florence until 1891 when they moved to the farm now occupied by Arthur W. Krambeck. In 1909 they moved to town where Mrs. Krambeck resided until a few years ago, when on account of ill health, she went to live with her son, Arthur. She leaves to mourn her one son, seven grandchildren and one great grandchild. Funeral services were held Saturday from the Presbyterian church. Rev. Mr. Meyers of Fremont delivered the sermon. Interment was made in the Fort Calhoun cemetery.
