MARY C. KING PASSES

Word reached Clarence King last week that his mother, Mrs. Mary Catherine King of Wellsville, Mo. was very low and not expected to live. She had been ill for the past five months, and although every attention was given her, she could not rally.

Mr. King left Blair immediately on receipt of the news, and reached her bedside before she passed away, as did all the rest of the family of eight, except one son residing in Colorado who arrived seven hours after her death.

Deceased would have been seventy six years of age had she lived until June 15. Her husband passed on sixteen years ago, and since that time she has lived for her children and has done all that a mother could do.

The funeral services were held on Friday, and the entire family, bowed in grief, were present for the last time that the family will probably every be together again.
