FORMER FONTANELLE WOMAN DIES

Mr. and Mrs. Henry Ruwe of their city attended funeral services for Mrs Justine H. Ruwe of Fremont, mother of Mr. Ruwe, on last Saturday morning, August 23 in Fremont.

Others from Blair who attended were a granddaughter, Mrs. J. W. Blatter and Mr. Blatter, Mrs. Minnie Triplett and Mr. and Mrs. Fred Guyer.

The deceased was a resident of the Fontanelle vicinity of this county for many years where, with her husband, Wilhelm Ruwe, she lived and acquired considerable land holdings. Mr. Ruwe died in 1900 after they had moved to Fremont.

She is survived by eight children: Wm. F. Ruwe, Fremont; Henry Ruwe of Blair; Edward and Alfred, Fremont; Jesse of Omaha; Caroline of Fremont; Mrs. Henry Monke of Fontanelle and Mrs. Henry Hoelscher of Pasadena, California.

Interment was made in Fremont cemetery
