Mrs. Cornish passed away Monday afternoon at two o’clock. She was born in Capella, Ill. Aug. 23, 1856. She came to the Home in 1929. She was quite helpless and gradually became weaker until on Saturday, April 18th, a decided change was noticeable, and she failed rapidly until the end. She was the wife of Rev. Joseph W. Cornish who was a member of the Mens Conference. The remains were taken to Stanton, Minn. after a short service in the Home conducted by Rev. Booher of Kennard, because of Rev. George’s absence from the Home.
