KERMOTT STEWART CALLED

Thomas Kermott Stewart, son of Mr. and Mrs. James Stewart, pioneer settlers of Cuming City township and now deceased, passed away at the Swedish Emmanuel hospital in Omaha at the age of sixty five years, three months and twenty four days.

Deceased was the youngest in a family of ten children, and with one exception, the last to survive. This exception is a brother, Grant Stewart, who resides in Los Angeles, California.

Mr. Stewart lived in the Cuming City neighborhood and Blair all his life, and was educated in the Blair schools. He was never married.

Besides the brother, he leaves ten nieces, two nephews, a number of cousins and a large circle of friends to mourn his death.

The funeral services were held at the D. A. Compton home last Sunday, followed by another at the Baptist church at 2:30 p.m. with Rev. Moran, assisted by Rev. Hargett, officiating, and interment was made in the Blair Cemetery.
