Hillard Service, forty three year old son of Mrs. Jesse Ireland of this city, passed away at his mother’s home early Wednesday morning, Jan. 21, following a long and lingering illness of tuberculosis. Funeral services will be held from the M. E church Friday afternoon, Jan. 23 at two o’clock. Rev. Pardun will officiate, and burial will be made in the local cemetery.
