Patricia “Trish” A. Frazell, 45, of Omaha, died Wednesday, May 5, 1999, at her home.

A Wake Service will be 7 p.m. Friday, May 7, at West Center Chapel in Omaha. Visitation will be at 1 p.m. on Friday at the chapel.

Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 8, at West Center Chapel to St. Pius X Church.

Patricia A. Frazell was born May 25, 1953, to John “Jack” and Patricia (Lehner) Lewis in Omaha.

She was the Area Director for ENCOR, which includes the Blair area.

She was also a member of St. Pius X Church in Omaha.

She is survived by two daughters, Melissa and Lindsay Frazell; son, Matt Frazell; three brothers and sisters-in-law, John J. and Jane Lewis of West Linn, Ore., Bill and Sue Lewis and Tom Lewis; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Sue and Ed Kurtenbach and Mary and Ron Walker of Lincoln; and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Mike.

Memorials are suggested to ENCOR or to the family.
