Funeral services for Rosalie A. Freburg, 67, of Fort Calhoun, will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 10 at Fort Calhoun Presbyterian Church. A private interment is planned.

Mrs. Freburg died in Omaha on Nov. 3, 2000.

Rosalie Ann (Burcham) Freburg was born Sept. 18, 1933, in Lincoln.

Prior to living in Fort Calhoun, she lived in Omaha and Lincoln. On April 29, 1951, she married Stuart Freburg in Lincoln.

She was a member of the Fort Calhoun Women’s Club, Presbyterian Women’s Association, and the Blair Hospital Auxiliary.

She is survived by her husband, Stuart; two sons and daughters-in-law, David and Billie Jo Freburg of Ord, Michael and Lorie Freburg of Blair, and two sons, James Freburg of Omaha and Rodney Freburg of Fort Calhoun; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; a sister and brother-in-law, Claudia Jean and Duane Blackmore of Portland, Ore., and a sister, Jerilyn Luft of Grand Island.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Kathryn “Kay” Lindell.

Memorials are suggested to the Fort Calhoun Presbyterian Church.
