FORMER BLAIR MAN CALLED
Word reached Blair recently of the death of George Mayle, Sept. 26th, formerly of this city. To old timers in Blair he was known as “Pat” and was a brother of the late John Mayle.
Deceased lived in Carbondale, Ill. where for years he has been in the employ of the Ill. Central railroad. At his death he was sixty eight years of age. His brothers, Fred and Ed, both of Cleveland, Ohio, were present at the funeral rites in Carbondale.
In this city he leaves to mourn him Mrs. Mattie Noble, his sister-in-law; Mrs. M. R. Lippincott and Mrs. George Thomas who are nieces.
