Funeral services for Mrs. Sarah Gaines, aged 83, who died at her home near Arlington Wednesday morning were held at two o’clock at the church at Elk City, and interment was made in the Elk City cemetery. Deceased was the mother of Mrs. C. H. Blanchard of Herman, who has been at the home caring for her the past two months. Mr. and Mrs. Tom Wakefield, Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Metzler, Mrs. J. M. West and Mrs. H. L. Swan from here attended the funeral.
