Doris M. Frederick, 87, of Blair, died Wednesday, April 9, 2008, at Good Shepherd Home in Blair.

A Mass of Christian burial will be 10 a.m. Monday, April 14, at St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church in Blair.

Visitation will begin at noon on Sunday at Campbell-Aman Funeral Home with a Rosary at 7 p.m.

Doris Mae Olson was born April 21, 1920, in Forest City, S.D., to Henry and Mae (Allen) Olson. She graduated from Falls City High School.

On June 11, 1936, she married Ralph R. Frederick.

Mrs. Frederick had lived in Blair since 1962. In 1992, she moved to Las Vegas, Nev., to be closer to her family. She spent time between Blair and Las Vegas, moving back to Blair in January 2007. She was a member of St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church and the MCH Auxiliary.

She is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Ralph E. and Debbie of Las Vegas, Robert A. and Carol, and William J. and Annette, all of Blair; two daughters and sons-in-law, Kathryn and Nicholas Fiore and Patricia and Tom Terlitsky, all of Las Vegas; 16 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and a sister, Betty Strecker of Falls City.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph; daughter-in-law, Shirley; grandson, Paul, Richard; and six brothers and sisters.
