FORMER RESIDENT DIES AT SIDNEY

Word was received by Stormy Vizina of the Long Creek district, this county, of the death of his mother, Mrs. Frank Vizina, at her home in Sidney, Neb., April 19, following a lengthy illness.

Mrs. Vizina, who was Marie Larsen, was born in Denmark, and came to this county in 1893 and to Blair vicinity in 1894. She was united in marriage to Frank Vizina, in 1895, who survives her.

They lived for many years on a farm in the York Creek neighborhood, removing to Sidney twelve years ago.

Besides her husband, she is survived by five sons and one daughter. They are Stormy of Blair, Arthur of Cheyenne, Wyo., Harvey, Franklin and Stanley of Sidney and Miss Edna who lives at home.

The deceased was a member of the Eastern Star while living in this county and of the Danish Lutheran church.

Funeral services were held in Sidney on Friday, April 22. Stormy Vizina attended the funeral services.
