The deceased was born in Denmark Feb. 5, 1863. She was married to Oluf Simonsen in August, 1888, and came to Omaha in 1889 where they lived ten years before going to Burt county where they were engaged in farming. Six years ago they moved to Blair, having retired from active duties on the farm.
The deceased is survived by one son, Morris of this city, and her husband also of Blair and a brother, Peter Hansen.
Funeral services were held this Thursday afternoon from the First Lutheran church with Rev. Lund officiating.
