She was married to Theodore Haller Aug. 23, 1871 in East Troy, New York. In March, 1874 they came to Blair when this city was but a village. Here the husband entered business in which he was actively engaged until his death in 1908.

To Mr. and Mrs. Haller six children were born, four daughters and two sons. One daughter passed away when but three years of age and another, Emily, after she had grown to womanhood. The body arrived in Blair last Wednesday, and the funeral services were held at the Congregational church at 2 p.m., and interment was made in the Blair cemetery.

With the passing of Mrs. Haller, another of the early settlers has gone. She had enjoyed the privilege of seeing Blair and the county develop from the virgin state to an old settled county of comfortable homes. In her active years she and her husband had been potent factors in this development, and had borne their part with cheerfulness and fortitude, standing at all times for the betterment of the community.
