C. D. MORDHORST

Mrs. Catherine D. Mordhorst of Bennington passed away Dec. 4, 1933 at the age of 80 years 8 months. She was born in Germany, and was married there to John Mordhorst Nov. 20, 1881, and together they came to America in 1890. Later, in 1892, they came to Washington county where they lived until 1914 when they retired from active duties and moved to Bennington.

She is survived by her husband and five children: Fred and Pete of Blair, Nebr; Mrs. Emil Rathjen, Mrs. Chris Gregerson and Mrs. George Thunn all of Ft. Calhoun, also twenty six grandchildren and one great grandchild.
