ANNA A. LUENINGHOENER

Anna A. Hiebenthal was born on the eighth day of April, 1871 in Lee County, Ill. near Ashton. In early childhood she moved with her parents to Hartley, Iowa. At the age of eighteen she came to Randolph, Nebr. where for a short time she made her home with her paternal grandparents. Her parents soon followed her and established their new home at that place where they lived for many years.

In the fall of 1893 she was united in marriage to Wm. F. Lueninghoener. They established their new home in Washington County near Telbasta.

to them six children were born, two sons and four daughters. In 1918 they moved with their family to Fremont, Nebr. where they made their home for eleven years.

In June of this year she went to Hooper where she made her home with one of her daughters, Mrs. Jacob Fauss, at whose home she passed away on Oct. 11, 1933 at the age of 62 years, 6 months and 3 days.

She leaves to mourn her departure five children, one child having died in infancy: Walter of Pilger, Nebr; Mrs. Jacob Fauss of Hooper; Mrs. Guy Francis of Onawa, Iowa; Ethel of Hooper and Archie of Onawa, Iowa. Four brothers and sisters: Henry Hiebenthal of Herman, Nebr; August of Randolph, Nebr; Mrs. Katy Hilficker of Salem, Oregon; and Mrs. Christina Mateus of Randolph, Nebr; eleven grandchildren and other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held at Winslow, Nebraska.
