MRS. CARL M. JENSEN

Mrs. Carl M. Jensen, nee Anna Marie Nielsen, was born in Ranum, Denmark Sept. 16th, 1882, and was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran faith in the church in Denmark. She emigrated to America in February 1910, and in March of the same years was united in marriage at Blair to Mr. Carl M. Jensen. For three years after their marriage they made their home on a farm in Dakota County, this state. In 1913 they returned to Washington County, and since that time have made their home on a farm south of Blair.

Mrs. Jensen’s health has been failing throughout the past summer, and she passed away Friday, Sept. 29th, 1933 at the age of 51 years and 13 days. Mrs. Jensen leaves to mourn her departure her husband, Mr. Carl M. Jensen, and their three children: Mrs. Karen Georgesen of Hubbard, Neb; Jens Jensen of Herman and Anker Jensen of Blair.

Funeral services were held Monday from the First Lutheran church with Rev. James N. Lund officiating.
