Emily Dabb was born at Elizabethport, New Jersey May 28, 1868, and moved with her parents to Plattsmouth, Nebraska in 1878. She resided there until her marriage to Mr. Chas. F. Morrison on December 23, 1890. After her marriage, she resided in Sioux City and Kansas city, returning later to Plattsmouth and making her home there until she came to the Crowell Memorial Home July 12, 1928 where she passed away June 1, 1933. She is survived by her two children: Edna, who lives in Wisconsin and George of Evanston, Illinois. Her son George hurried to his mother’s bedside, but arrived too late to find her alive. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. George on Saturday, with interment in the Blair cemetery.
