Funeral services for Timm Ohrt, who passed away at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Henry Kruse on April 23, were held at the local church Tuesday afternoon, Rev. R. H. Prentice officiating. Mr. Ohrt was born in Holstein, Germany in 1848, reaching the age of 84 years at the time of his death. He leaves two daughters, Mr. Gus Timm of Bennington, Mrs. Henry Kruse of Fort Calhoun and two sons, Claus and George Ohrt of this place and ten grandchildren. Pallbearers were Henry Rohwer, Jacob Sierk, Hans Schmidt, Gus Lage, William Frahm.
