News reached Blair Sunday of the death of Frank Whisinand of International Falls, Minn. Mr. Whisinand is an old time Blair resident, having lived here many years ago. The nature of his death is not known here as the body was found in his home several days after the death occurred. Authorities at Mankato, Minn. were in communication with Chief of Police Clair Warrick Sunday regarding the death and he is attempting to find relatives in this locality.
