Wanda M. Frahm, 75, of Blair, died Friday, Aug. 19, 2011.

Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 26, at Campbell-Aman Funeral Home in Blair. Interment will be in the Blair Cemetery.

Visitation will be held beginning at 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with the family receiving friends from 6 to 8 p.m.

Wanda Melvina Fitchhorn was born Jan. 10, 1936, in Missouri Valley, Iowa, to Glenn S. and Mildred (Campbell) Fitchhorn. As a young child, she moved with her parents to Blair, where she attended school.

On Oct. 16, 1950, she married Arnold Frahm. He preceded her in death on November 19, 2001.

Mrs. Frahm worked for the Blair Marina for seven years, at Stewart Market as a clerk for 18 years and at Dana College for 10 years, and as a certified dietary manager at Elkhorn Manor, where she ran the food service department.

She is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Janice and Phil Whitehead; sons and daughters-in-law, Clint and Deb Frahm and Robert and Peggy Frahm; sister and brother-in-law, Loretta and Don Wackerbarth; sister-in-law, Barbara Fitchhorn, all of Blair; 15 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Glenn, John and Larry Fitchhorn, and a sister, Leatha McBride.
