MRS. C. E. DOWNING

As we go to press word reaches us of the death of Mrs. Charles E. Downing of Independence, Missouri. Her daughter, Mrs. Kenneth Pounds of this city, has been at her bedside for the past four weeks. Death came Tuesday evening, Febr. 7th. She leaves, besides the husband, seven children to mourn her death.
