OLD SETTLER DIED SATURDAY

Mrs. Lizzie Ohrt, 65 years, 7 months and 4 days old, passed away at her home in Fort Calhoun last Saturday following a long period of failing health.

Deceased was born in this county, and with the exception of a short time spent in Bennington, Nebraska and in Oregon, she has made Fort Calhoun her home.

She leaves to mourn her four children, all of whom were present at the funeral rites, and who grieve deeply their great loss. They are: Mrs. Anna Fox of Oregon; William of Omaha; Gus of Blair and Albert of Fort Calhoun besides a large number of relatives.

Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon from the Fort Calhoun Presbyterian church, and interment made in the Fort Calhoun cemetery.
