Funeral services for Leonard C. Sandau were held at the John A. Gentleman mortuary in Omaha Tuesday, May 5 at 1:30 p.m. and interment was made in the Herman cemetery. Mr. Sandau, aged 76, died at his home at Havelock, Nebr. Saturday, May 2, Surviving are two sons, Halver of South Sioux City Nebr., and Victor of Omaha; two daughters, Mrs. Mary Zimmerman of Council Bluffs, Iowa and Mrs. T. C. Tureks of Havelock, Nebr., six grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Deceased was a former resident, living here with his family for a number of years. The family moved to Omaha soon after the cyclone in 1899, and resided there until the last few years.
