NASHVILLE BOY, 15, KILLED WHILE HUNTING WED.

Crawls Through Fence Dragging Gun Which is Discharged

Joseph Edgar Harris, aged 15 years, of Nashville was shot and killed while hunting on Wednesday forenoon. The accident occurred at about 11:30 as Harris and his companion were going through a fence. Harris had crawled through, dragging the loaded gun after him when it was discharged, emptying the load in his side which it is said caused almost instant death.

The parents who reside in Nashville, were notified and the body was taken to the Sievers funeral home in Fort Calhoun where the funeral ceremonies will be held on Friday at 2 p.m. with Rev. Robert Prentiss officiating, and interment will be made in the Fort Calhoun cemetery.

The parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Edgar Harris and two brothers are left to mourn the sad death of their dearly beloved.
