FORMER BLAIR WOMAN DIES

Miss Cora Stricklett received word Monday afternoon that her niece, Mrs. Blanche Watson, had passed away that morning at her home in Los Angeles, California. Mrs. Watson was formerly Miss Blanche McManigal, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. B. McManigal, former residents of Blair.

At her death Mrs. Watson was 49 years of age. She was a native of Blair and a graduate of the Blair High school. After her graduation her parents moved to Walthill, Nebr. where she taught school for a number of years.

She was married to Lou Watson of that vicinity, and about four years ago they moved to Los Angeles where they have since made their home. She leaves her husband and three children, Mrs. Eva Vaughn, Herschel and L. H. all of whom mourn deeply the loss. Besides the immediate family she leaves four brothers, Stanley Randall, Fern and Byron and a sister, Mrs. Everett Davis, all of Sioux City, Iowa, also another sister, Mrs. Lon Watson and a brother, Arthur McManigal of Walthill, another sister, Mrs. Harry Hansen of Hamil, South Dakota, and another brother, Vernon of Omaha, all of whom join with the family in their sorrow.
