Funeral services were held for Mrs. Paul Hodek, former Arlington girl, in Omaha on Saturday morning, with a number of relatives and friends from here in attendance. Mrs. Hodek was, before her marriage on October 26, 1932, Miss Mildred Kruger, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Kruger. She was born in Arlington on May 28, 1911, and died in childbirth in an Omaha hospital on April 24th. A baby daughter, who died at birth, was buried with the mother. Besides her husband and parents, Mrs. Hodek is survived by three sisters, Mrs. L. H. Knoell and Mrs. Arthur Knoell, both of Ames; Mrs. Roscoe Cook of Arlington; and three brothers, Raymond of Omaha; Walter and Gene both of Arlington. The funeral rites were held in St. Peters and Pauls church, with interment in an Omaha cemetery.
