FATHER OF MRS. M. BECK DIES

Rev. J. T. Lund, well known throughout eastern Nebraska and western Iowa as a minister of the Danish Evangelical Lutheran church, and the father of Mrs. Marcus Beck of Blair, died Friday morning at his home in Council Bluffs. He was 73 years old and had been in failing health. At the time of his death, he was the pastor of Ansgar Lutheran church at Council Bluffs.

Funeral services were held Sunday morning at Council Bluffs. The body was then taken to Hutchinson, Minnesota where burial was made Tuesday afternoon.

Surviving Rev. Mr. Lund are Mrs. Beck of Blair; Miss Beulah Lund of Council Bluffs, Mrs. C. J. Betker of Hutchinson, Minnesota and a daughter-in-law, the wife of a deceased son, Mrs. T. C. Lund. A brother, N. T. Lund of Blair, as well as six grandchildren also survive.
