FORMER COUNTY WOMAN PASSES

Mrs. Ed Fowle of Fremont passed away Saturday afternoon at her home in Fremont following an illness of five years’ duration.

Mrs. Fowle was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Harve Williamson of Herman, and leaves four children, besides a brother, Holly Williamson of Herman, and three sisters, Mrs. Lida Gossard of Fremont and Miss Florence Williamsen of Herman and Mrs. Fred Krogh of Blair, who, with the bereaved husband and children, mourn her death.

Funeral services were held Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. from the Hartman Funeral Home in Fremont, and interment was made in the Herman cemetery.

BODY OF MRS. ED FOWLE IS BROUGHT HERE FOR INTERMENT

Mrs. Edward Fowle, Fremont and formerly of Herman, passed away at her home in Fremont at the age of 65 years and 11 days after a lingering illness of two years. Services were held at the Hartman Funeral Home in Fremont Tuesday at 1:30 o'clock, and the body was brought to the. Herman cemetery or burial.

The deceased, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harve Willamson, was born February 11, 1870, in Monroe County, Ohio. She came as a girl with her parents to the middle west about 53 years ago, The family settled in Burt and Washington counties, Nebraska, and the deceased had continued to live in those communities the greater part of her life.

She was united in marriage February 11, 1890, to Edward Fowle, and to this union four children were born. Mr. and Mrs. Fowle made their home in Herman for a number of years and about eleven years ago moved to Fremont where they resided at the time of her death.

Those who survive are her husband; four children, Guy of Kansas City, Mrs. Billie Cornish of Tekamah, and Ruth and George of Fremont; one brother and three sisters, besides other relatives and a host of friends.
