MRS. ANNA ROBERTS PASSES

Mrs. Anna Roberts of Omaha passed away last Sunday morning at 6 o’clock at the Covenant hospital following an illness of two weeks of pneumonia.

Mrs. Roberts was born in Fremont in 1883, and when a young girl moved with her parents, Mrs. and Mrs. Nels Johnson, to Blair where she grew to womanhood. She was a graduate of the Blair high school and made it a practice to attend the alumni receptions, being present at the one last year.

Before her marriage she taught school in this county, but after her marriage she resided in Omaha, making frequent visits to Blair to call on her parents.

The funeral services were held in the Dundee Presbyterian church on last Tuesday afternoon, and interment was made in the Blair cemetery.

Besides the husband and two sons, she leaves her father, Nels Johnson, and three brothers and two sisters to mourn her death.
