MRS. JOHN McKEEN PASSES IN CALIF.

Word was received by Blair friends recently of the death of Mrs. John McKeen on Thursday, January 18 at her home in Los Angeles, Calif. Mrs. McKeen will be well remembered by Blair friends. Her husband for years held a position with the railroad company, and made Blair his home. He built and occupied for some years the home now owned by Clyde Allen just south of the city hall.

After Mr. McKeen’s death, Mrs. McKeen and daughter, Helen, traveled for some time, but finally settled in California where they made a permanent home.

Funeral services were held last Saturday, January 20th in Los Angeles.

Note: Vig Files at the Danish American Archives has the daughters name recorded as Helen.
