MRS. MINNIE SPRICK RITES SATURDAY

Mrs. Minnie Sprick, a native of Telbasta where she spent her entire live, passed away on Wednesday of last week at the home of her son, William.

Deceased was born May 8, 1871. She was married to Paul Sprick, and four children survive: Mrs. Harold Smith of Herman; Fred H. and William S. of Hooper and Paul of Herman.

Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at 2 o’clock at the Telbasta church, and interment was made in the Telbasta cemetery.

MRS. SPRICK IS VICTIM OF DEATH

A number of Herman people attended the funeral services of Mrs. Minnie Sprick, 67 held Saturday afternoon, April 29, at the Telabasta Church. Burial was made in the Telbasta Cemetery.

As Minnie Meierhenry she was born on a farm at Telbasta May 8, 1871. When 14 years of age she united with the Evangelical Lutheran church and remained an active member the rest of her life. She was married to Paul Sprick February 28, 1890. He passed away March 9, 1928 and since that time Mrs. Sprick has made her home with her children. She passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Harold Smith.

The deceased is survived by three sons, Fred Sprick of Hooper, William and Paul Sprick of Herman, a daughter, Mrs. Harold Smith of Herman, a brother, Carl Meierhenry of Telbasta, four sisters, Mrs. Mary Krohn of Herman, Mrs. Lizzie Sprick of Holyyoke, Colorado, Mrs. Emma Rinderspacher of Fremont and Mrs. Pauline Sprick of Herman, also 6 grandchildren, other relatives and a host of friends.
