HENRY WRICH, 47, OF KENNARD, IS DEATH VICTIM
Had Been Farmer in the Kennard Vicinity Since Birth
Henry Wrich, well known farmer of the southern part of the county, died Thursday, March 9, at his home after an illness of several weeks’ duration. Deceased was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Claus Wrich, and was reared in the vicinity of Kennard where he spent his entire life. On march 13, 1918 he was married to Miss Meta C. Martens at Blair, and to them two children were born, Caroline Marie, 19 years of age and Raymond Henry, 17 years of age. Besides these two children and the bereaved widow he leaves three brothers, Carsten, John and George and three sisters, Mrs. John Kunneman, Mrs. Richard Kunneman and Mrs. Fred Kunneman all of the Kennard vicinity.
At his death he was 47 years and 9 days old. He was held in the highest esteem by his neighbors and friends, and his place in the community will be hard to fill.
Funeral services were held Sunday, March 12, at 1:30 p.m. from Hadan’s Mortuary at Bennington and at 2:00 p.m. from the St. John’s Lutheran church at Bennington, and interment was made in Prospect Hill cemetery in Elkhorn, Nebraska.
