FRED PETERSEN DIES SUDDENLY

Fred Petersen of Hooper died suddenly at his home at 11 p.m. Wednesday. He had husked corn all day Wednesday, and was apparently in good health.

Deceased was born in the southern part of this county fifty five years ago, and has a number of relatives residing in this county and around Bennington in Douglas county.

He was married in 1907, and to this union nine children were born, eight of whom are still living, five sons: Henry of Weston, Nebraska; Carsen of Kennard and William, Lawrence and Ervin at home and three daughters, Mrs. Herman Wilke of Bennington, Mrs. Otto Schmidt of Kennard and Mrs. Ed Suhr of Benson.

Funeral arrangements are not complete at this writing, but interment will be made in Fremont.
