Wm. Donner, an old time resident of Blair, passed away at the home of his sister, Mrs. Henry Meier in Lincoln last Friday morning at 7:15.

Mr. Donner was well known in Blair and vicinity, having for years worked in a harness shop in this city and always an active participant in athletic sports of every nature.

He was born in Germany in 1863 and when but two years of age came with his parents to New York and later moving westward to this city.

The body was brought to Blair and funeral services were held at the German Lutheran church on Sunday at 2 P.M. and interment was made in the Blair cemetery.

Deceased leaves a daughter, Miss Eva Donner, of Des Moines and other relatives and friends to mourn him.
