WELL KNOWN HERMAN MAN PASSES AWAY

Henry Thurman Case was born at Summerville, Missouri on August 17, 1888, and passed away in an Omaha hospital June 2nd, 1938, being forty nine years, ten months and four days old at the time of his death. In December, 1911 on the 10th of the month, he was united in marriage to Delphi Ingram at Edgar Springs, Missouri, and to this union were born six children, Edward and Alphas of Herman, Mrs. Alma Bildeback of Blair, Mrs. Zelma Dorn, Ray and Howard of Herman. He moved with his family from Edgar Springs, Missouri twelve years ago to Herman, and has resided there since. He leaves to mourn his passing besides his wife and the six children, six brothers and four sisters, Glasby of Edgar Springs, Missouri, Tom of Summerville, Missouri, Squire of Taft, California, Herbert of Wilmington, California, Elner and Ralph of Summerville, Missouri, Mrs. Carey Mitchell of Tucson, Arizona, Mrs. Ole Trotter of Sandema, California, Mrs. Minnie Breeing of Sandema, California, Mrs. Attie Tuttle of Bouton, Iowa; five grandchildren, two girls and three boys. His parents preceded him in death. He leaves many relatives and a host of friends. Deceased was a good workman. He was honest and upright in his dealing with his fellow men. His sudden passing was a shock to the family and friends. Funeral services were held at two o’clock Thursday afternoon at the Baptist church. Rev. A. W. Clarke of the local Methodist Church officiated. Music was furnished by a quartet composed of Miss Dagmar Olson, Mrs. C. E Johnson, C. R. Gray and L. D. Long with Mrs. O. H. Godsey at the piano. Interment was made in the Herman cemetery.
