FREDERICK WILHELM STORK ANSWERS THE FINAL CALL

Frederick Wilhelm Stork, a resident of Washington county since 1857, died at his farm home three miles north of Arlington at midnight Sunday, May 21, 1916. Mr. Stork had been in his usual good health up to a week ago.

A native of Germany, he was born July 31, 1850. Mr. Stork came to America with his parents in 1853. They settled in Quincy, Ill., for four years, coming to Fontanelle in 1857. They remained in Fontanelle for one year removing to the farm where Mr. Stork has lived since their death. Mr. Stork was married in 1873 and made his home on the homestead of his parents. Surviving him are his wife and five children, Louis and William at Wisner, and Emma, Louise and Edward at home.

The funeral was held at the Brown Creek church Wednesday at one o'clock. Short services were held at the late residence at 12:30 p.m.
