MRS. JULIA KELLY DIES IN OMAHA

Julia Etta Moore was born August 29, 1861 in Toledo, Ohio, and at the age of 18 years of age moved with her parents to Burt county, Nebraska near Lyons.

In 1883 she was married to George B. Kelly, and they took up their residence in Blair where most of the remainder of her life was spent, and where the husband died some years back.

For the past three years she has made her home in Omaha on account of her failing health, and it was there she died December 4, 1937 after an illness of three weeks. At her death she was 76 years, 3 months and 5 days old.

Five children were born of her marriage, three of whom survive: Edwin L. of Fremont; Harold M. of Omaha; and Mrs. Gertrude Nagel of Leigh, Nebraska.

Funeral services were held at the Central Park Congregational church in Omaha on Monday afternoon at 2 o’clock with Rev. A.F. Newell of Syracuse, Nebraska in charge of the services, assisted by Rev. Clifford Reynolds, pastor. Mrs. Gladys Moore Berger sang two solos accompanied by Mrs. Mildred Caldwell at the piano. Interment was made in the Forest Lawn cemetery in Omaha; the pallbearers being Dr. W. F. Hemphill, William J. Koopman, Dr. Willert Price and W. F. Wilbur, all of Blair and Louis A. Bray and Elmer McGuire of Omaha.
