CYRUS HENRY GEHRINGER DIES

Cyrus Henry Gehringer was born at Grimsville, Pennsylvania February 9, 1873. He passed away at Blair Friday morning, October 1, 1937. On March 30, 1897 he was married to Kate Platt.

Surviving are his wife and four daughters: Mrs. Harold Gates of Bellevue, Nebraska; Mrs. Amil York of Craig, Nebraska; Mrs. George Hain of Blair; and Mrs. William Bratt of Herman; one brother, Will of Papillion; two sisters, Mrs. William Welch of papillion and Mrs. Gates Lilley of South Omaha.

Services were held at the Campbell mortuary on Sunday at 1 p.m. and at 3 p.m. at Papillion, Nebraska with Rev. Ralph P. Rasmussen officiating. The burial was at Papillion.

The Gehringers have many friends in Blair, the family having lived for a number of years on the Roberts & Rose ranch.
