OLD TIME BLAIR WOMAN DIES

Emma (Farnsworth) Eager passed away in Lincoln last Friday at the age of 85 years. She had been a resident of Nebraska since 1869, and was for a long number of years a resident of Blair.

She was the daughter of T. H. Farnsworth, who will be well remembered by early Blair settlers. She was a sister of the late Augusta Hall who will also be well remembered.

Deceased was born in Maine. She leaves three daughters, Mrs. Dora Bennett and Mrs. Charlotte Linden of Lincoln and Mrs. Emogene Lull of Chicago.

Captain T. H. Farnsworth and his family were at one time prominent people in Blair. One son was an attorney and another was later at Bonesteel, South Dakota, connected with the grain business.
