News of the death of Mrs. Emma Phillips was received by friends in Blair this week. Mrs. Phillips, who will be remembered as the former Miss Emma Bouvier of DeSoto, died at her home at Hemingford, Nebraska last Monday. Funeral services were held there Wednesday.
