MRS. HANNAH FEER RITES TUESDAY

Mrs. Hannah Feer, aged 88 years, died Friday, December 7th at her home in Blair following a brief illness. She came to America in 1869. The family settled at Argo in Burt County where she grew to womanhood.

As Hannah Hammerlun she was wed to Andrew Feer on July 16, 1877 in the old log Court House in Tekamah. They continued their residence in Burt County until 1907 when they moved to Blair where they have since resided.

To them eleven children were born, six of whom still live. The father died in 1932. The living children are: Alex and Alfred of Blair; John of Winnebago; Delmar of Los Angeles; Mrs. Fred Jipp of Calhoun; and Mrs. Leo Schmitz of Blair. Nineteen grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren also survive.

Find a Grave Memorial #113343334 Funeral services were held on Tuesday at 3:00 p.m. from the Bendorf Funeral Home with Rev. D. D. Kennedy officiating, and interment was made in the Blair cemetery.
