MRS. MARY NIPP RITES SUNDAY

Mrs. Mary Nipp, a resident of North Blair, died Wednesday night at eleven o’clock. She was born August 31, 1881 in Germany.

Funeral services will be held at Campbell Mortuary on Sunday at 2:00 p.m. with Father Nevill Joyner officiating, and interment will be made in the German cemetery.

MRS. MARY NIPP RITES SUNDAY

Mary Margaret Nipp, daughter of Josias Henry Soll and Caroline Wilhelmina Soll, passed away at her home on Wednesday evening, July 11th at 11 p.m., after a long illness. She was 63 years, 11 months and 8 days old at the time of her death.

Deceased was born in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany August 3, 1882, was baptized in childhood, and came to America with her parents in 1883. Since that time, she has lived in Douglas and Washington Counties, where she obtained her education and established her home. Her husband passed away a number of years ago, and during recent years she has lived with her brother.

Mrs. Nipp is survived by one daughter, Amelia Louise; one brother, Frederick of Blair; and three sisters, Freda of Blair, Minnie of Blair and Mrs. Lizzie Kruse of Omaha. One son and an infant daughter preceded her in death.

Funeral services were conducted by Rev. H. C. Jorgensen at the Campbell Mortuary on Sunday afternoon, July 15th, and burial was made in the German Cemetery south of Blair.
