ARTHUR FULTON DIES OF INJURIES

Funeral services for Artie Fulton, prominent farmer and stockman of this vicinity, who died in the Fremont hospital as a result of shock and exposure when he was pinned under his tractor while clearing away debris from the recent flood near his home on Saturday, and who died on Wednesday, were held on Saturday at the Salem Lutheran church in Fremont. Dr. A. O. Frank officiated with the Rev. H. C. Van Valkenburgh of this place assisting.

Mr. Fulton was born at North Bend on October 20, 1893 where he spent a greater portion of his life. He worked as a grading contractor with the Schleuter Grading Co., at North Bend and Scribner for about 6 years, retiring 13 years ago when he bought a farm 2 miles west of here.

Besides his wife and two daughters, Mrs. Ione Hall and Mrs. Bernice Campbell; his mother, Mrs. Margaret Fulton of Omaha; two sisters, Mrs. J. J. Kimball of Amarillo, Texas and Mrs. Herman Sellinger of San Francisco, survive.

Cpl. Don Churchill of Alaska and Cpl. Merle Hall of David, California both arrived home on furloughs in time to attend the funeral services.
