Watson Tyson passed away Saturday morning, July 8th, at his home on West Colfax Street after years of illness. The immediate cause of his death was a stroke from which he failed to rally.

On January 8th, 1898, he was married to Nellie Morrill and to them two sons were born, Harry of Blair and Kenneth of Omaha. Besides the wife and two sons, he leaves one brother, Peter M. Tyson and one sister, Mrs. Eliza Warrick, both of Blair and three grandchildren, Paul, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Tyson and Barbara Ann and Charles Watson, children of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Tyson.
