Vivi R. Fuhrman, 80, of Blair, died Saturday, Dec. 13, 2003, in the emergency room at Memorial Community Hospital.

Memorial services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 20, at Campbell-Aman Funeral Home in Blair.

Vivi R. Fuhrman was born Oct. 6, 1923, in Newcastle, South Wales, England, to Charles and Elizabeth Anne (Howells) Nielsen.

She worked as an assistant personnel director at Wilkinson Manufacturing in Fort Calhoun for more than 40 years, retiring in 2001.

She is survived by a daughter, Shirley Kerstetter of Blair; son and daughter-in-law, David and Linda Fuhrman of Detroit Lakes, Minn.; a granddaughter and her family; and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Emil; grandson, Brent Kerstetter; and brother, Viggo Nielsen.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Memorial Community Hospital or the Blair Fire and Rescue Squad.

Campbell-Aman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
