H. H. CHRISTENSEN FUNERAL RITES SAT.

HERMAN - Funeral services were held Saturday, February 12, at two o’clock for Henry H. Christensen, 77, of Tekamah, at the Schaefer & Peck Mortuary. Rev. Paul Wiegman, pastor of the Immanuel Lutheran Church, was in charge of the services. Burial was at the Tekamah cemetery.

Mr. Christensen died suddenly late Wednesday evening from a heart ailment, and had been confined to his bed only that day. If he had lived, Mr. and Mrs. Christensen would have celebrated their golden wedding anniversary on March 9th of this year.

Mr. Christensen was a brother-in-law of Mrs. Thorvald Hansen, Mrs. Ray Triplett, Pete Kruse and Chris Kruse, all of Herman. Mr. and Mrs. Henry Christensen have also lived in the Herman vicinity for many years.
