The following was from the Tribune 8 April 1914

Mrs. Clara Carter Fulton died at the Blair hospital on April 1, 1914, after a lingering illness of several years’ duration.

Claribel Carter was born at DeSoto, Nebr., Nov. 13, 1881, and was married to James Fulton on March 10, 1902. To this union three children were born, who survive the mother.

The funeral services were held from the Methodist Church in Blair on Saturday, April 4, conducted by Rev. Geo. B. Warren, and the body was laid to rest in the Blair Cemetery.

The following was from the Pilot 8 April 1914

Mrs. Claribel Carter died at the Blair hospital late Wednesday and the funeral services were held at the Methodist Church Saturday at 10 o’clock a.m., Rev. G. B. Warren officiating. She was born in DeSoto Nov. 13th, 1881, and was married to James Fulton March 10th, 1902. She leaves three small children. She was a daughter of T. M. Carter, of Plattsmouth, who was here to attend the funeral.
