BILLY CHASE IS DEATH VICTIM

Billie Chase, son of Mr. and Mrs. William Chase of Omaha, and grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Chase of Fort Calhoun, passed away at Saint Catherine’s Hospital in Omaha November 2nd. Billie was nine years old.

Billy had apparently recovered from an appendectomy when he was stricken with this ailment which caused his death.

Billy was a member of the Trinity Lutheran church in Florence. He attended Clifton Hill School and was in the 4th grade.

He is survived by his parents, three sisters, Lucille, Shirley and Dorothy and a brother, Donald; his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Chase of Calhoun, Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Kidder, Oliver Endicott of Omaha and a great grandmother, Mrs. Jennie Ering.

Funeral services were held at the Fort Calhoun Presbyterian church Thursday afternoon at two o’clock with Rev. Edward Freeman, pastor of the Fairview Presbyterian church, Omaha, officiating.
